Criminal mischief: Kathleen Lemon of Houston reported to state police her PT Cruiser had a broken window Wednesday after she parked it outside 14 E. Grant St.

Drug charges: Kelly F. Kaveny, 41, of 118 Main St., Claysville, faces two drug possession charges by summons following a report of an overdose Monday in the parking lot of Bob Evans at 1380 W. Chestnut St. Emergency personnel revived her and found a syringe and two stamp bags of heroin, North Franklin police said.

Retail theft charge: Curtis Simmons, 43, of 571 Coal St., Pittsburgh, faces a retail theft charge by summons for an Aug. 4 incident in which he allegedly left Sears without paying for two Pirates shirts and miscellaneous electronics, North Franklin police said.

Burglary: The owner of 3 Rivers Express, Douglas Mariani, reported the business at 353 W. Beau St. was broken into and nearly $500 in power tools were stolen Thursday, Washington police said.
