Harassment charges: Michael Patrick Bigley, 46, and Jason Allen Litton, 39, both of Waynesburg, were each cited by state police with harassment for fighting around 8 p.m. Aug. 3 at Route 21 and Sheldon Road in Jefferson Township.

Tools stolen: Several hand tools and pieces of yard equipment were stolen from a garage in the 100 block of Loves Hill Road in Franklin Township sometime between Tuesday and Thursday, state police said.

Harassment charge: Michael T. Hodgson, 28, of 107 Bliss St., Nemacolin, was charged with harassment for allegedly striking and shoving to the ground a 33-year-old Waynesburg man around Aug. 3 at the alleged victim’s Valley Farm Drive home, state police said.

Sex offender registration charge: David Ray Gilley, Jr., 28, of 23 Breezy Drive, Morgantown, W.Va., was charged by Southwest Regional police with failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements. According to the criminal complaint, Gilley failed to notify state police he was no longer employed at Shaft Drillers International in Mt. Morris as of July 27, 2015.

Harassment charges: Davida I. Romanakis, 37, of 240 E. South St., Waynesburg, and Paul Romanakis, 46, of 110 Mechanic St., Mt. Morris, were each charged with harassment for allegedly punching each other in the face Aug. 5 at Davida Romanakis’ residence, Waynesburg police said.
