CHARLEROI – Four people are facing trespassing charges over allegations they sneaked last week into public housing in Charleroi and raided a refrigerator in a common area of the facility.

District Judge Larry Hopkins on Monday issued arrest warrants in the case for Larry Bolling, 23, of 329 Main St., Belle Vernon; Samantha Falkenstine, 21, of 626 Twilight Drive, West Newton; and Larry A. Walker Jr., 27, of 522 Third St., Charleroi. A fourth suspect, Gary Jankowski, 23, of 808 Riverview Drive, White Oak, is being held in Westmoreland County jail in a domestic relations case. His bond on the new charge was set Monday at $75,000 by Hopkins.

Video surveillance at Char House, 251 Ninth St., allegedly shows one of the suspects using the door buzzer to get inside the apartment building and allowing the others to enter the lobby about 10:50 p.m. August 8. The group allegedly removed a case and a pair of two-liter bottles of soft drinks from the refrigerator.

Falkenstine, Walker and Bolling are accused of returning to the building about 1:20 a.m. Thursday. One of them was seen on video drinking grape juice from the refrigerator, police allege.

Bolling also faces charges of burglary, conspiracy and theft.

Police said they were able to identify the suspects within moments after surveillance photos of them were posted Friday to Facebook.
