ALLENTOWN (AP) – Police say they made dozens of drug arrests at a Pennsylvania amusement park.

WFMZ-TV reports South Whitehall Township Police Chief John Christman reported Wednesday night that officers made 50 drug arrests in July at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom.

He says police made eight arrests in the park and its parking lot for marijuana possession on Sunday.

The department has two full-time officers working 40 hours a week patrolling the park. This is the second year the township and amusement park have entered into a services agreement.
