Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Joanna Temple, 31, 956 Addison St., Washington; retail theft; charged May 11; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with any Macy’s store.

Ronald Ermlick, 66, of Charleroi; simple assault and harassment; charged Dec. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine, restitution an no contact with victim.

Job M. Hill, 32, 808 Somerset St., Monessen; harassment; charged May 29, 2015; sentence – $300 fine.

Kari McClellan, 36, 119 Maple Terrace View, Washington; endangering the welfare of children; charged Jan 22; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days electronic home monitoring and parenting classes.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Patricia A. Griffith, 50, 5 Lockhart St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, retail theft classes and no contact with any Gabriel Brothers store.

Eric R. Huweart, 19, 330 South Ridge Road, Coal Center; simple assault; charged May 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Curtis W. Reed, 31, 665 Ewing St., Washington; carrying a firearm without a license; charged Jan 1; sentence – five years of probation and prohibited from possessing any firearm.

The following person recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses and was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If he successfully completes the program, he can petition the court to have his record expunged:

Daniel E. Hallam Jr., 43, 216 Stevenson St., Midway; criminal mischief; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 24 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.
