Robbery arrest: Lawrence Martin, 54, of 410 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was arrested late Tuesday on a warrant obtained by Charleroi Regional police. Martin is charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He is accused of assaulting a woman and throwing her cellphone battery into a vacant lot. He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he allegedly was found with a crack pipe when taken into custody at the intersection of Fallowfield Avenue and Fifth Street. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.

Assault, endangerment charges: Korey Keener, 34, of 1240 W. Route 40, Claysville, was charged last week by Donegal police with simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct for allegedly assaulting his father Aug. 15 and threatening him after his father confronted him about a fire on the porch of their home. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.

Burglary report: Natalie Fine, 39, of 2002 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, is charged by borough police with burglary, trespassing and theft, court records show. Police accuse her of stealing three rings, decorations and two mirrors from a residence in the 100 block of Ida Avenue about 7 p.m. Friday, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued a warrant Monday for her arrest.

Purse stolen: Kimberly Spencer of Avella told South Strabane police Tuesday her purse containing $60 and credit cards was stolen from her shopping cart while she was at Walmart, Trinity Point.

Identity stolen: Douglas Lawson of South Strabane told township police Tuesday he was alerted his personal information was used to apply for a credit card by someone using an Indianapolis, Ind., address.

Two charged with trespass: Clifford VanKirk, 21, of 415 W. Maiden St., Washington, and Robert Doty, 30, of 201 Lacock St., Canton Township, were charged with trespass by Washington police. A manager of the George Washington Hotel, 60 S. Main St., called police to report people on the roof of the hotel drinking and smoking marijuana. When police arrived, they said the two were climbing down a fire escape.
