Action: The board authorized payments of $8,045 and $5,885 to Integrated Services & Consulting Inc. for heating and air conditioning work at Ringgold Elementary School North.

The board authorized the payment of $25,442 to HHSDR Architects and Engineers for services related to the new Ringgold Middle School project.

The board authorized a $1.5 million payment to Hudson Group Inc. for services related to the new middle school.

The board rejected bids for trash and garbage removal and directed the administration to seek new bids.
