Tunnel to close

There will be overnight closures in the Fort Pitt Tunnel starting Sunday night to allow crews to do inspection work.

The closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., and traffic will be detoured.

The inbound side will be closed Sunday and Monday, as well as Dec. 12, 14 and 18. The outbound side will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as Dec. 13 and 15.
