Candlelight vigil planned

A candlelight vigil will be held at 6 p.m. Dec. 17 at the Washington County Courthouse in memory of Tierne Ewing. She was killed earlier this year by her husband, Richard Ewing, during a domestic incident. She had a protection-from-abuse order against him stemming from an earlier incident. He had been out of Washington County Jail on bond.
