Brownsville schools evacuated
BROWNSVILLE – A bomb threat has forced the evacuations of Brownsville Area High/Middle School this morning.
The students have been bused to the Convocation Center at nearby California University of Pennsylvania, Cal U. spokeswoman Christine Kindl said.
“Cal U. is glad to be a good neighbor in this situation,” Kindl said.
State police were called to search the schools with dogs as a precautionary measure, the school district said. Parents were told to not pick up their children at Cal U.
