Two charged: Michael P. Bongiorno, 32, of California, and Todd Michael Solomon, 36, of Charleroi, will be charged with harassment by California police stemming from an incident Saturday afternoon at 628 Wood St.

Assault arrest: Scott W. Quinn, 36, of 527 McNary St., Canonsburg, was arrested Tuesday night by Canonsburg police on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment for allegedly punching Kim Plumley in the face and head several times at a home at 11 Strabane Ave. He also allegedly threatened to kill her if she reported the incident to police. Plumley told police that Quinn also hit her Monday. Quinn was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Jailed on warrant: Joseph Douglas, 38, of 504 Park Manor Road, Monessen, was jailed on a bench warrant in an unrelated Monessen case after officers were summoned to his residence about 11 p.m. Sunday and used Narcan to revive him from a suspected heroin overdose, city police said. Douglas is being held in Westmoreland County jail.

Women cited: Taylor Harrison, 24, of 407 Tenth St., Charleroi, and Kristin Mikita, 40, of 110 Rear Knox Ave., Monessen, are facing harassment citations over a disturbance about 3:30 p.m. Monday outside Mikita’s residence, city police said. Police say Harrison punched Mikita in the nose before Mikita kicked Harrison in the leg.

Charged in dispute: William T. Bronson, 55, of 848 Donner Ave., Monessen, is facing citations for disorderly conduct and harassment over allegations he hit Cynthia Anderson, 52, several times in her head during a dispute about her having his computer about 3:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at 129 Sixth St., city police said.

Retail theft charge: Francis Gradischek, 48, of 148 Roaring Run Road, Champion, faces a retail theft charge by summons after he allegedly stole $92 worth of merchandise from Macy’s on Jan. 3, North Franklin police said.

Fugitive arrest: Joshua D. Houde, 33, of Stafford, Va., was arrested Tuesday by North Strabane police as a fugitive from justice after officers were asked to look for him at the Comfort Inn, 237 Meadowlands Boulevard. Police said he had a stolen vehicle in the lot and was wanted on a warrant for vehicle theft from Stafford County, Va. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail for 30 days, pending extradition to Virginia.

Drug charges: Jesse Aaron Snyder, 31, of 281 Grandview Way, Charleroi, faces a charge of driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop along Hallam Avenue in which his passenger, Shannon Pascoe, 27, of 246 Shirls Ave., was found with four heroin stamp bags, Washington police said. Snyder was released. Pascoe was placed in Washington County jail on a bench warrant from Westmoreland County and will face a drug possession charge.

Drug charges: William Thomas Bunnell, 30, of 196 Scott Ave., faces two charges of drug possession and single counts of DUI and driving with a suspended license after he allegedly failed to stop at an intersection on Fayette Street on Jan. 20 and was found with four stamp bags of heroin, two syringes and a spoon and was driving. State police said he was driving with a license suspended for a previous DUI.
