The following appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Jonathan A. Casteel, 28, 705 Surrey Hill Drive, Uniontown; retail theft; charged Oct. 10, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with Walmart and restitution.

Richard L. Stankowski, 41, 514 W. Grove Ave., McDonald; disorderly conduct; charged March 1; sentence – $300 fine.

Bobbie L. Figolah, 33, 1280 McKean Ave., Donora; defiant trespass; charged March 4, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victims.

Jonathan N. Frings, 25, 117 Breezewood Drive, Venetia; false identification to law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 12, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

Tracy Yates, 52, 150 Thompson Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 20, 2014; sentence – 23 months in intermediate punishment, six months on home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and restitution.

Scott W. Ayres, 44, 900 Thomas-Eighty Four Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 2, 2014; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, 12 months on ignition interlock and $1,500 fine.

Raymond R. Richard, 34, 479 Ferry Road, Fredericksburg, Va., DUI; charged March 24; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock, 100 hours of community service and $1,500 fine.

Keith A. Chappell, 52, 343 Valley St., McDonald; selling or furnishing liquor to minors, disorderly conduct and simple assault; charged Feb. 24, 2010; sentence – two years of probation.

Brian D. Guta, 47, 160 Flinner Lane, Harmony; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Lisa R. Branch, 42, 78 Pershing Court, Uniontown; retail theft; charged April 14; sentence – 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart.

Lashawn Davis, 27, 712 Monongahela Ave., Charleroi; possession with intent to deliver; charged Nov. 11, 2014; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Dena Chandler, 45, 224 Linn Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged May 31; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with Marshall’s.

Rachel N. Kint, 27, 316 Second St., Marianna; forgery; charged Feb. 25; sentence – 1 year to 69 months in jail, nine years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Troy S. Ethridge, 28, 356 Jefferson Ave., Washington; access device fraud; charged Sept. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nicholas Novotny, 27, 321 Bealsville Road, Bentleyville; theft by deception; charged Oct. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart

James Sykes III, 51, 1327 10th St., Washington, D.C., disorderly conduct and failure to use a safety belt; charged May 28; sentence – $375 fine.

Jarrett P. Singleton, 24, 204 Main St., Perryopolis; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 11; sentence – 18 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Brian E. Balas, 35, 1170 First St., Denbo; possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of defiant trespass; charged Oct. 30, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart.

Joshua D. Robinson, 33, 338 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; charged Sept. 21, 2014; sentence – 18 months in intermediate punishment.
