Wallet stolen: Alex Nicolopoulos of 68 E. Pike St. told police Thursday his wallet, which contained credit and debit cards, and a Pittsburgh Penguins hat were stolen from his car.

DUI charge: Jimmie Ward, 67, of 610 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg, will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after his vehicle went over a wall in the lot at 112 E. Pike St. on Thursday, police said. His blood-alcohol content was 3½ times the 0.08 legal limit.

Assault arrest: George E. Ankrom, 48, of 383 Weirich Ave., Canton, was arrested Thursday night by state police after troopers were called twice to his home. He is accused of threatening to kill Faith Ann Loughman. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Ankrom was placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Truck crashes: Matthew Andrews, no age or address available, escaped injury Friday morning when he reportedly fell asleep at the wheel of the van he was driving and it went off Route 519 at Christy Road, shearing off a utility pole, police said.

Theft charge: Drake Austin Labrosse, 19, of 904 15th St., Elizabeth, was charged with retail theft for stealing items from Walmart, 100 Sara Way.

Drug charges: Melissa Ann Torrance, 55, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and public drunkenness stemming from an incident Wednesday at Sweeney Plaza.
