Actress Molly Ringwald to screen ‘The Breakfast Club’ in W.Va.
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) – Actress Molly Ringwald is celebrating the 30th anniversary of “The Breakfast Club” film by screening the movie with audiences in Huntington.
The Herald-Dispatch reports Ringwald will make a stop at the Keith Albee Performing Arts Center in Huntington on Feb. 21 as part of a nationwide tour.
Following the film, Ringwald will be on stage to share stories and answer questions from the audience.
The screening is being presented by the Marshall Artists Series. Angela Jones of the Marshall Artists Series says screening the film with Ringwald carries on the organization’s tradition of bringing in filmmakers and actors to discuss their art.
