The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
William Ray Coulter, 33, 3314 Rainbow Run, Monongahela; receiving stolen property; charged May 19; sentence – six to 18 months in jail and restitution.
Alexandra Reed Allen, 27, 502 Third St., Donora; false identification to law enforcement, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance; charged June 11; sentence – 11 months of probation for false identification charge; 12 months of probation for controlled substance charge to run consecutively and $200 fine for driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.
Christina Dourlain, 20, 290 Allison Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged April 25, 2014; sentence – 23 months of probation.
James Howard, 27, 76 Seik Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kimberly Ann Hancock, 32, 285 Moon Road, Washington; theft; charged May 21; sentence – accelerated rehabilitative disposition and $6,491.89 in restitution to Coen Oil Co.
Jarrett Singleton, 24, 204 Main St., Perryopolis; possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct; charged May 5; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher M. Nemeth, 43, 3142 Estate Drive, Oakdale; false identification to law enforcement, driving with a suspended license, delivery of heroin and possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 2; sentence – 11.5 to 23 months in jail, 23 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:
Brittney Shandor, 26, 76 Seik Road, Washington; criminal trespass and theft; charged June 22; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
Jesse Garfield Lowther Jr., 56, 520 Fayette St., Washington; aggravated assault and indecent assault; charged Jan. 1, 2013; sentence – 5 to 10 years in prison for aggravated assault charge, followed by 1 to 2 years for indecent assault; lifetime Megan’s Law registry; sexually violent predator assessment; and no contact with the victim.
Erin Taylor Reidenbaugh, 25, 128 Woodcrest Drive, Canonsburg; driving under the influence, third offense; charged May 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, $2,500 fine and 18-month license suspension followed by 12 months of ignition interlock system.
Tracy Lynn Newsome, 47, 266 Duncan Ave., Washington; DUI, third offense; charged Aug. 29; 2014; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and alcohol highway safety school.
Douglas Charles Hrutkay, 60, 98 Spring Road, Coal Center; DUI, second offense; charged Oct. 25, 2013; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, $500 fine, alcohol highway safety school, drug and alcohol evaluation, 12-month license suspension followed by 12 months of ignition interlock system.
Elizabeth Jean Welch, 34, North Avenue, Midway; DUI, third offense; charged Oct. 15, 2014; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, including electronic home monitoring in the first year, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and alcohol highway safety school.
Jerome C. McKee, 57, 2 Rewood Drive, Ellsworth; retail theft; charged July 17; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, restitution and no contact with Sears or Giant Eagle.
Jeffrey R. Eidens Jr., 27, 1445 Weirich Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 27, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher A. Richards, 31, 725 Broad St., Washington; simple assault; charged Feb. 24; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program and 12 months of electronic home monitoring.
Dawn Evans, 37, 214 Crest St., Clairton; bad checks; charged April 12, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Kristin L. Roberts, 32, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; simple assault; charged April 12; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, 50 hours of community service, no contact with victims, and restitution.
Terri Woody, 49, Marianna; fraudulent obtaining of food stamps; charged Aug. 1, 2012; sentence – seven years of probation and restitution.
Kermitt Woody, 47, Marianna; fraudulent obtaining of food stamps; charged Aug. 1, 2012; sentence – seven years of probation and restitution.
Deanna S. Lewis, 33, 333 McKnown St., Monessen; retail theft; charged June 5; sentence – 18 months of probation, 15 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with Dollar General.
Robert D. Bergstedt Jr., 36, 231 Berkley St., Uniontown; theft; charged Aug. 11; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with victim and restitution.
Marcy L. Conklin, 38, 197 Bench Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 16; sentence – 12 months in the restrictive punishment program.
John G. Havrlesko, 41, 713 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; theft, flight to avoid prosecution and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
