The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Adam Blackburn, 28, 144 Valley Blvd., Wheeling, W.Va., attempted theft, possession of instruments of crime, criminal mischief and retail theft; charged Aug. 11, Nov. 7 and Nov. 13; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victims.

Thomas Hamler, 40, 4762 Library Road, Bethel Park; retail theft; charged Aug. 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol assessment and $487.52 restitution to Kmart.

Ashley Carrier, 32, 156 Sundust Road, Eighty Four; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and drug and alcohol assessment.

Eric Brian Brooks, 46, 211 Preston Wood Lane, McMurray; inhaling a toxic substance; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation and drug and alcohol assessment.

Keith Boyd, 46, of 84 Hazelwood Drive, Washington; simple assault; charged Jan. 28; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with the victims.

Clifford P. Ayres, 38, 9 Lane St., Bentleyville; driving under the influence, third offense; charged May 31, 2014; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol assessment, one-year license suspension followed by 12 months of ignition interlock system. In a separate case, charged April 5, 2014, Ayres received 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine and one-year driver’s license suspension, followed by 12 months of ignition interlock system.

Melissa Ann Moeller, 26, 1035 Jefferson Ave., Washington; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license; charged April 20; sentence – 30 days of probation for the marijuana possession charge with a 12-month concurrent sentence for the drug paraphernalia charge; $25 fine for driving without a license; drug and alcohol evaluation.

Douglas Edward Louk Jr., 20, 1045 Fourth Street Ext., Charleroi; fleeing or attempting to elude police and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked; charged July 2; sentence – 12 months of probation for fleeing or attempting to elude and $200 fine for driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

Ronald D. Thompson, 54, 1540 Robinson Highway, McDonald; possession of a firearm prohibited; charged March 19, 2012; sentence – 36 to 72 months in prison.

Lisa A. Smithnosky, 37, 28 Suncrest Drive, Coraopolis; forgery; charged May 23, 2014; sentence – electronic home monitoring for two months followed by five years of probation, $24,170 in restitution to BFS Foods.

Edward David Fowler, 37, 925 Van Kirk, Clairton; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 5; sentence – two years of probation.

Patrick A. Summers, 32, 14 Rose Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 23; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail.

Martin G. Bindi, 63, 425 Chess St., Monongahela; delivery of a controlled substance; charged March 11; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electric home monitoring and restitution.

Christina Dourlain, 20, 712 Monongahela Ave., North Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 11, 2014; sentence – 18 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Lawrence A. Humphreys, 42, 290 Moon Road, Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Sept. 14, 2012; sentence – 13 to 36 months in jail.

Jessica Boyles, 21, 766 McKean Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 6; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail.

Jesse L. Grant, 24, 108 Brairidge Drive, Pittsburgh; delivery of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy to violate drug act; charged July 27; sentence – 11.5 to 23 months in jail and two years of probation.

Zachery T. Burris, 27, 1010 W. Main Street, Monongahela; fleeing or attempting to elude, DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged March 15; sentence – 2 days to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, 12-month driver’s license suspension and $700 fine.

Emily A. Stanton, 26, 111 Route 837, Monongahela; identity theft; charged June 10; sentence – three years of probation.

Lindsay M. Blon, 28, 63121 Glencoe Road, Belmont, Ohio; retail theft; charged Dec. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Kohl’s.

Daniel M. Certa, 65, 451 Liekar Lane, Houston; indecent assault; charged May 3, 2013; sentence – five years of probation.

Devon J. Brown, 26, 806 Catherine St., Duquesne; false identification to law enforcement; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Edward J. Passamonte, 38, 23 Locust St., Clarksville; simple assault; charged Oct. 19; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail and no contact with victim.

Joy L. Rinchetti, 42, 110 Central Ave., Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 16; sentence – one year of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Douglas E. Louk Jr., 20, 1045 Fourth St., Charleroi; loitering and prowling at night, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or attempting to elude police and driving with a suspended license; charged May 8; sentence – 24 months of probation and $200 fine.

Rachel N. Kint, 27, 316 Second St., Marianna; theft by deception; charged July 13; sentence – one year of probation, restitution and no contact with Wal-Mart.

Khieshon L. Johnson, 37, 541 Berthel Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Dayna L. Wyke, 26, 243 Dutch Hollow Road, Smithton; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 22; sentence – six months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas were:

Cain Alan Liggett, 27, 66 Monarch Ave., Washington; drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol treatment and 60 hours of community service.

Anita Estrada, 36, 2396 Belmont Ave., Washington; drug possession; charged March 27; sentence – 12 months of probation and drug and alcohol evaluation.

Ronnie L. Chenney, 44, 218 Country Club Road, Washington; unlawful restraint and terroristic threats; charged June 20; sentence – 6 to 12 months in the Westmoreland County Correctional Facility for the unlawful restraint charge, followed by 24 months of probation for the terroristic threats charge. Also, domestic violence counseling and no contact with the victim.

Mark David Hatfield Jr., 33, 195 Township Shed Road, Kittanning; receiving stolen property and theft by deception; charged July 2; sentence – 12 months of probation for each charge to run concurrently. Also, no contact with the victim.

Joseph Walker McMillan, 28, 524 Buena Vista St., Washington, receiving stolen property; charged Jan. 25, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Joshua Robert Bowman, 36, St. Mary’s Correctional Center, North Pleasants Highway, St. Mary’s, W.Va.; six counts of burglary; charged June 27 and Sept. 21, 2011; sentence – 2 to 4 years in prison for each burglary count, to run concurrently, and restitution totaling $29,172.

Danny William McAnany II, 24, 324 Burton Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 24; sentence – 23 months of probation for theft and criminal mischief charges, to run concurrently; $150 for harassment charge and $300 fine for disorderly conduct charge.

Carrie Benitez, 40, 3406 Route 136, Finleyville, retail theft; charged April 4; 23 months in intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring and banned from Walmart.

Jesse K. Bernstein, 54, 266 Sutherland Drive, Venetia; simple assault; charged June 9; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and work release in June 2016.

Jordan L. Celovsky, 27, 1100 Muldowney Ave., Pittsburgh; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged April 28; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Kohl’s.

Miranda Westfall, 33, 1728 Williams Ave., Clarksburg, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Feb. 13; sentence – 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart.

Ashley N. Simpkins, 28, 100 W. Cherry Ave., Washington; bad checks; charged June 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.

Cody Coyle, 21, 254 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Amanda L. Richmond, 28, 228 Cherry Ave., Houston; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 28; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge William R. Nalitz were:

Jeffrey A. Harvey, 53, 277 Woodburn Road, Claysville; DUI; charged March 26; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring and $1,500 fine.

The following people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged.

Michael Brock Willia, 24, of 615 James St., Bridgeport, W.Va.; Levio Corgnati, 22, of Campbell Drive, Avella; Nicholas Charles Crossman, 20, of 546 Center Road, McMurray.
