Police beat Feb. 17
Two cited: Lisa Marie Jannenga and Jesse William Watson, both of Waynesburg, were cited for harassment after becoming involved in an altercation with Billie Jo Greenwood and Brett M. Dulaney at 9 p.m. Sunday at 125 Valley Farm Drive in Franklin Township, state police said.
No injuries in crash: No injuries were reported in a single-vehicle crash at 11:44 a.m. Sunday on Garards Fort Road. State police said a vehicle operated by Glodenna Halstead, 48, of Carmichaels, ran off the road and struck an embankment before rolling onto its side.
Driver fled: The driver of a 1996 Chevrolet Lumina fled after his vehicle ran off Garards Fort Road at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, traveled down an embankment and struck a fence, state police said.
Vehicle runs of road: No injuries were reported in a single-vehicle crash at 8:30 a.m. Monday on Carmichaels Road in Greene Township. State police said a vehicle driven by Bradley J. Owen, 47, of Morgantown, W.Va., ran off the road into a ditch and struck a fence and utility pole.
