Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on Morris Street in Waynesburg, between Stewart Hill and Doty Street and also Highland Avenue, from 9 a.m. to noon, Tuesday to make system upgrades. Customers may experience low pressure or no water and are advised to keep containers of water on hand to minimize the outage.
