Noise violation alleged: Ye Old Draft House, 301 Perry Ave., was cited Friday by the Bureau of Liquor Control for permitting noise that could be heard beyond the property line. Charges will be brought before an administrative law judge.

Domestic charges: Albert Lewis Baker, 75, of 110 Plainview Ave., was charged by Rostraver police with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after an alleged Feb. 24 domestic violence incident in his home. Charges were filed with District Judge Charles M. Christner.

Assault charges: Charges against Cody Michael Rubin, 23, of 1427 Willowbrook Road, were filed with District Judge Charles M. Christner by Rostraver police. He is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and criminal mischief for an alleged domestic violence incident on Rostraver Road Wednesday.

Retail theft charge: Seth Thomas Skariot, 22, of 2035 Route 136, Eighty Four, was charged by Rostraver police with possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft for an incident Thursday at Walmart, 100 Sara Way.

Retail theft charge: Tara H. Konjolka-Brown, 47, of Brownsville, was charged with criminal trespass and retail theft after California police identified her as the person captured on a Dollar General surveillance video from Feb. 14. She allegedly stole items valued at $18.95 from the store, at 201 Wood St., without paying for them. Konjolka-Brown was previously banned from the store after a retail theft charge, police said.

Disorderly citations: Torrie Brown, 23, of Grove City, was issued a disorderly house citation when police responded to 55 Fourth St. for a report of a loud party after midnight Feb. 21. In a separate incident, Jaylen C. Bell, 21, of Columbus, Ohio, was issued a disorderly house citation after police responded to his Vulcan Village apartment for a loud party report at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Gun charge: Justin C. Greene, 33, of 4473 Fifth St., Bethel Park, is charged by city police with illegal possession of a loaded shotgun as a person who was convicted of five felony charges, court records show. Greene is accused of getting out of his vehicle in the 400 block of 10th Street and waving the weapon around about 2:15 a.m. Thursday. He is in Westmoreland County jail on $20,000 bond set by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Woman charged: Nadine J. Tyree, 44, of 1132 Reservoir Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police in a summons with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a large disturbance in the 900 block of Knox Avenue about 8 p.m. Feb. 20, court records show.

Warrant served: Kevin Nakutis, 25, of 26 McKee Ave., Monessen, suffered a medical emergency in a city holding cell last week and was taken to Mon Valley Hospital shortly after being detained on a Westmoreland County warrant. The warrant was discovered after Nakutis called police to Donner Avenue for a traffic complaint about 6:30 p.m. Feb. 17, city police said.

Training violation alleged: Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, 102 McDowell Lane, was cited Friday by the Bureau of Liquor Control for failing to comply with an order mandating responsible alcohol-management training. Charges will be brought before an administrative law judge.

Possession charges: Ronald Knochel, 57, of 560 S. Main St., Washington, and Jonathan Gasior, 23, of 217 Fox Run Road, Venetia, are charged with one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after Washington police responded to a noise complaint at Knochel’s residence Thursday. Charges will be sent by summons from District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Fraud charge: Tara Long, 44, of 873 W. Main St., Washington, was charged by the Office of the Inspector General with failing to report income and fraudulently receiving $1,822 in food stamps from June through December. Charges will be sent by summons from District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Disorderly charge: Jeffrey Zabroski, 48, of 402 Cedar Drive, Elizabeth, was charged by Washington police with disorderly conduct for allegedly refusing to leave Shop ‘n Save, 125 W. Beau St., Thursday.

Car damaged: Diantha Baker reported to police that her driver’s side rear window was broken from Feb. 20 to Thursday while the vehicle was parked on Ewing Street. Baker told police this is the third such incident to occur recently.
