Tools stolen: Kala Coulter, of 203 Outlook Ave., told McDonald police Feb. 17 tools were stolen from her husband’s truck. Stolen items included a 220-volt extension cord, two rod holders, three pairs of quick disconnects and a copper cable. The items were valued at $1,000.

Detector found: State police said a small, plastic methane gas detector was found Feb. 22 in the parking lot of Walmart, Trinity Point, South Strabane. To claim the detector, call Cpl. Scott Bright at 724-223-5200 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a description of the detector and/or the area where it was found.
