Disorderly house charge: Eric Anthony Green Jr., 24, of Ardmore, will be charged by California police with violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance after police were called to 636 Park St. about 11:15 p.m. Sunday for a noise complaint involving a large number of people at Green’s apartment.

Assault arrest: Thomas Richard Wittbecker, 49, of 544 Marple Ave., Canonsburg, was arrested Sunday night on charges of simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting his 15-year-old son at 12 Morgan St. When police entered the home, they said the boy was on top of Wittbecker in an effort to restrain his father, who was reportedly out of control and fighting. Wittbecker is accused of shoving the boy before punching him. Wittbecker was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Man robbed: Ted Fratini told police he was robbed at his Greenside Avenue home about 2:50 a.m. Saturday by a tall, thin black man wearing dark pants and a dark, hooded shirt. Fratini told police the man knocked at his door and pointed a handgun at his head. Fratini went outside because his daughters were in the house. He was ordered to sit at a glass table and put his head and hands on it. The robber kept demanding money. Fratini told the culprit he had no money but handed over his wallet containing a debit card and identification. The robber took it and ran north on Greenside.

Items stolen: Thomas Sefcik of 407 Duquesne Ave. told police Friday his laptop, iPod, $400 and medication were stolen from his home Tuesday while he was walking his dog.

False reports charge: Nicole Martinez, 34, of 129½ Greenside Ave., Canonsburg, was charged Friday with false reports after she allegedly lied to police when she reported Feb. 5 that her prescription medication was stolen. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Mischief charge: Ashley N. Paith, 32, of Claysville, will be charged by state police with criminal mischief after she allegedly broke a window Sunday at the home of Shawna L. Bowman, 126 Broadmore Drive, Canton.

Theft case: Autumn Reynolds, 20, of 44 Madison St., Cokeburg, is charged by West Pike Run Township police with theft, accused of stealing $20 and a necklace worth $120 from Celeste Lloyd Feb. 14 or 15 at 145 Woodland Road, court records show. Reynolds is in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond set Friday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Charged in disturbance: Devan Lee Byrd, 19, and Steven Williams, 51, both of 19 W. Pike St., Houston, were charged by state police stemming from a Feb. 23 disturbance near the intersection of West Pike and Adams streets, Houston. Both are charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Byrd also is charged with possession of marijuana, and Williams is charged with false identification. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark. Tammy Jo Williams, 52, of Houston, was taken into custody that night and arraigned on similar charges.

Fleeing charge: Derek J. Thompson, 21, of East Liverpool, Ohio, was charged Friday by Houston police with fleeing from or attempting to elude police and several traffic violations. Police said they tried to stop him after he was spotted passing vehicles on Western Avenue ( Route 519), including around several tight bends in the road, on Feb. 10. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Stalking charges: Frank J. Garren, 45, of 498 Regent St., Houston, was charged Friday by Houston police with two counts of stalking and one count of harassment for allegedly pounding on the windows of the Houston residence of a woman he once dated. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Theft report: Andre Summers, 47, address unknown, is charged in a summons by city police with theft, accused of accepting $150 from Juanita Cervantes as a security deposit about 4:30 p.m. Feb. 23 for a residence he doesn’t own, court records show.

Theft charges: Melanie Cherie Steel, 30, of 185 Caldwell Ave., stole about $5,000 from the McDonald’s on West Chestnut Street, North Franklin police said. She faces charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by failing to deposit funds following an incident Thursday in which she allegedly took her employer’s deposits to pay off debts.

Woman hurt in crash: Police said a car driven by Allysha Reppert, 21, of Taylor Drive, McMurray, struck a telephone pole Sunday on Galley Drive, near Lindenwood Golf Course, knocking down wires. The car traveled another 100 feet before stopping. When police arrived, they said they found Reppert underneath her car. She was taken to St. Clair Hospital, complaining of arm and rib pain.

Windows shattered: All of windows at the guard house at the Lake Colony subdivision in Venetia were shattered Sunday. Damage was estimated at $600.

Mailboxes damaged: Ten mailboxes in the 400 block of Timberlake Drive in Venetia and four mailboxes in the 100 and 300 blocks of Doubletree Drive, also in Venetia, were damaged Sunday, police said.

Forgery reported: A resident in the 200 block of Timberlake Drive in Venetia told police Saturday four of her PNC checks were missing, and one check was cashed for $470.

Thefts from vehicles: Police said a resident of the 300 block of Buffalo Ridge Road in McMurray reported that $40 was stolen from his vehicle, and a neighbor reported $25 was stolen from a wallet in his car.

Marijuana charge: Ricky Rue Bongiorno, 24, of 313 Shady Ave., Charleroi, is charged by township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 4:15 a.m. Dec. 29 in the 1300 block of Willowbrook Road, court records show. He waived his case Monday to Westmoreland County Court.

Woman jailed: Kriestel A. Grennell, 31, of 196 McClure Ave., Burgettstown, is charged by state police with theft, accused of stealing $550 from a Coen Kwik Fill and then fleeing shortly after being fired from the business about 1 p.m. Feb. 23. She is in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond set Saturday by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Two face charges: Eva Gilbert, 48, of 670 1/2 Jefferson Ave., and Nicole Burkes, 44, of 15 N. Main St., will be charged by Washington police with harassment after allegedly hitting each other during a confrontation Saturday at Gilbert’s home.

Domestic dispute: Joseph Stetz, 36, and Kristi Stetz, 34, both of 843 Broad St., will be charged with harassment, drug paraphernalia possession and disorderly conduct following an incident Friday in which each allegedly struck the other in the face, Washington police said. Officers who were investigating the incident found drug paraphernalia.

Drug charges: Richard A. Royal Jr., 46, of 99 Dewey Ave., who allegedly failed to return to Washington County jail as scheduled, was arrested Friday on drug possession charges after a Washington police officer spotted him. Royal allegedly was found in possession of nearly five grams of crack cocaine. He was placed back in the county jail on $25,000 bond.

Corruption of minors charge: Ricky A. King, 52, of 196½ May Ave., was arrested Friday on two charges of corruption of minors and one count of criminal solicitation following incidents in December 2015 in which he allegedly bought alcohol and cigarettes for a minor and solicited the person for sex, Washington police said.
