Underage drinking charge: Nicholas P. Gruss, 20, of Latrobe, will be cited for underage drinking following an overnight house party at 141 Third St. According to a report, borough police and Brownsville EMS were called to the house around 7:15 a.m. Friday for a medical emergency. Responders found Gruss unconscious in the bathroom. He was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment. Kaitlynn D. Finley, 21, of Latrobe, who identified herself as the property renter, will be charged with violating a borough ordinance regulating disorderly houses.

Mirror broken: Matthew Forbeck reported to borough police the mirror on his vehicle was broken while the car was parked on Greenside Avenue Tuesday night.

Credit card fraud: Sandra Bebout reported to state police Sunday her bank card was stolen and pin obtained by a fraudulent phone call. Subsequently, someone withdrew $90 from her account at Washington Financial Bank on Wilson Avenue in Washington.

Assault charge: A simple assault charge was filed Wednesday against Chaz King, 29, of 811 Smokeywood Drive, Pittsburgh, stemming from an Oct. 22 incident. According to Washington police, King punched Desiree Powell in the face during an argument over a text message. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Vehicle accident: Dale A. Yaussy Jr., 25, of Marianna, was charged with careless driving after a one-vehicle accident Monday. According to state police, Yaussy was traveling east on Barr Run Road, near Jefferson Avenue, when he lost control and failed to negotiate a curve. His car left the road and struck a tree. Yaussy was taken by ambulance to Washington Hospital with minor injuries.
