The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Ashley M. Webb, 26, 211 Stanton Ave., Pittsburgh; receiving stolen property; charged July 14; sentence – 2 years of probation, restitution and banned from Meadows Racetrack and Casino and Xxpress Bett.
Paul D. Phillips, 29, 708 Nelson Road, Farmington; retail theft; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Macy’s.
Jonathan A. Casteel, 28, 705 Surrey Hill Drive, Uniontown; three counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 10, 2014; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.
Kara R. Prentice, 25, 823 Lookout Ave., Charleroi; access device fraud; charged May 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and good behavior.
Christopher C. Titchnell, 54, 550 Broad St., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 30, 2014; sentence – 2 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring and restitution.
Daniel B. Laster, 30, 34 Sacred Heart Road, Monongahela; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 14, 2014; sentence – 24 months of probation and 5 hours of community service.
Jonathan D. Gerhardt, 37, 69 W. Hallam Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged March 23; sentence – 2 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Shawn A. Chesney, 19, 84 Black Dog Hollow Road, Clarksville; criminal trespass and theft; charged July 31; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months in jail followed by 6 months of electronic home monitoring with credit for time served, 3 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Dennis Cole, 34, 202 Moose Hill Road, Millsboro; possession with intent to deliver; charged Sept. 4, 2012; sentence – 3 years of probation.
Clyde W. Conklin III, 35, 122 Church St., Washington; receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit theft; charged Aug. 15; sentence – 2 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim or co-defendants.
Shellisa L. Chandler, 33, 340½ E. Prospect Ave., Washington; conspiracy to commit theft; charged Feb. 28; sentence – 2 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 15 months of electronic home monitoring, 2 years of probation, restitution, 1,000 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
Casey A. Ivery, 24, 664 Western Ave., Canonsburg; retail theft; charged Oct. 29, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.
Jonathan L. Godines, 18, 118 Main St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged May 28; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.
Demetrius A. Moye, 23, 390 Shirls Ave., Washington; firearms not to be carried without a license; charged Dec. 14, 2014; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months in jail and next 6 months of electronic home monitoring, no possessing or transporting of firearm and 50 hours of community service.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Jason L. Hartzell, 36, 275 North Ave., Washington; driving with a suspended license and false identification to law enforcement; charged March 21; sentence – 60 days in jail, 12 months of probation, $500 fine and 1-year license suspension.
Brad A. Bolin, 42, 350 Rowes Run Road, Smock; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 14, 2014; sentence – 18 months of probation with credit for time served, 25 hours of community service and $200 fine.
Cody D. Kimmel, 22, 612 St. Nicholas Drive, Donora; theft by unlawful taking; charged June 10, 2014; sentence – 3 years of probation, 100 hours of community service and restitution.
Nyeacha P. Wilson, 25, 19 Hilltop Road, Wickhaven; possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, disorderly conduct and four counts of endangering the welfare of children; charged Aug. 8, 2014; sentence – time served to 12 months in jail, 2 years of probation, complete parenting course and banned from Shop ‘n Save.
Shane M. Marinos, 25, 109 Brownsville Road, Fayette City; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Brandon L. Walls, 25, 1444 Jefferson Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged May 2, 2014; sentence – 30 months of probation.
Jimmy Dixon Jr., 49, 35 North Ave., Washington; criminal attempt to commit theft, criminal attempt to commit retail theft, theft by unlawful taking and two counts of access device fraud; charged Jan. 7, 2012; sentence – 7 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Benjamin R. Harrison, 50, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, anger management and retail theft classes and banned from Shop ‘n Save.
Jeremy Hunter, 33, 6981 Wertzville Road, Enola; municipal housing code; charged Aug. 1, 2014; sentence – $2,500 fine.
Daniel W. Earlywine, 32, 520 W. Chestnut St., Washington; robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery; charged May 1; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation and no contact with victim.
Shakira L. Williams, 22, 412 E. Maiden St., Washington; forgery and two counts of theft by deception; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Vashaun L. Wright, 26, 61 Burton Ave., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 7; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,200 fine, alcohol highway safety school and 24-month license suspension.

Anthony Frameli, 22, 527 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi: unsworn falsification; charged Sept. 8, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation.
Robin Carrell, 52, 596 E. Maiden St., Washington; fraudulently obtaining food stamps; charged June 1, 2011; sentence – 23 months of probation and restitution.
William R. Coulter, 33, 3314 Rainbow Run, Monongahela; receiving stolen property; charged May 19; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.
