Two cited for harassment: State police said they cited Richard H. Thomas, 42, and Taylor L. Knisely, 21, both of 114 North Ave., Waynesburg, for harassment following a fight Jan. 14 on North Avenue in Franklin Township.

Two cited for trespassing: Jason W. Bowden, 45, of 193 Cook Ave., Waynesburg, was cited for trespassing after state police said he went into a home at 247 Washington St. in Jefferson Borough to “terrorize the occupants” Jan. 16.

Two cited in fight: Justin P. Forman, 22, and Tonya J. Conard, 20, both of 1023 N. Eighty Eight Road, Rices Landing, were each cited for harassment following a fight in their Jefferson Township home Jan. 15, state police said.
