DUI alleged in crash: Steven Leroy Toland, 26, of Washington, will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a crash early Thursday on Ten Mile Road at the Interstate 79 off-ramp in Amwell, state police said.
Assault, underage drinking charges: Arielle Lynn Wood, 20, of Fort Loudon, Franklin County, was arrested early Friday by California police on charges of simple assault, harassment and underage drinking stemming from a confrontation at her apartment at 633 Park St. She was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
Drug arrest: Chelsea V. Dallatore, 24, of 255 Prigg Road, Canton, was arraigned Thursday on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin for allegedly selling heroin to a confidential informant in December 2013 in a room of a motel on West Chestnut Street, Canton. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge David Mark.
Teens charged: A 15-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy were charged Thursday by Chartiers police with disorderly conduct after they allegedly stole $40 from a wallet inside a locker room at Chartiers-Houston High School, where both are students.
Guns stolen: Glen Supinsky of Carnegie told Chartiers police Wednesday a Ruger .45-caliber handgun and Ruger 9 mm handgun were stolen from his late father’s home on Henderson Avenue.
Windows damaged: Cindy Bush of 430 Moon Road and Danielle West of 435 Moon told Chartiers police Tuesday windows on their homes were damaged by vandals. West estimated damage to her windows at $600, police said.
Woman assaulted: Zachary Burris, 27, of 1010 W. Main St., Monongahela, is charged by city police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. He is accused of repeatedly striking Leslie Wilson in the head, requiring her to seek medical attention, about 10 p.m. Thursday outside his residence. Burris is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
Assault charge: Roger Willis, 27, of 639 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi, was arrested Thursday morning by Charleroi Regional police on charges of simple assault and harassment. He is accused of grabbing Billie Jo Dawson by the neck and choking her during a confrontation at his home. He was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
Warrant arrest: Robert E. Fichter, 50, of 362 Oak Spring Road, Canonsburg, was arraigned Thrusday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on a warrant. North Franklin police charged him with theft, forgery and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing checks from Thomas Anderson, forging Anderson’s signature and then writing the checks to himself for a total of $3,664 in April 2013. A warrant was issued after he allegedly failed to respond to a summons when charges were initially filed. He was released after posting $4,000 of a $40,000 percentage bond.
Threats arrest: David Lee Duley, 46, of 887 Thomas-Eighty Four Road, North Strabane, was arrested Thursday afternoon by North Strabane police after he allegedly ran his girlfriend’s vehicle off the road. Kim Quarture, 48, told police he ran her off Brownlee Road near Route 136. She said he chased her, and she pulled into a parking lot at 1085 Route 519. Duley allegedly yelled at her and threatened to shoot her. Duley was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and simple assault. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
Two-car accident: No one was hurt in a two-car accident Thursday at the intersection of Bebout and Justabout roads. According to reports, a car driven by Heather Shaffer, 39, of Mannington, W.Va., collided with a car driven by Leah Bower, 32, of Canonsburg. Bower’s car had to be towed, police said.
Drug charges: Jessica Skolyak, 30, of 44 Third St., Lawrence, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of possession of heroin and paraphernalia. Washington police said they were called Oct. 31, 2013, to the Rite Aid, 1001 Jefferson Ave., when Skolyak was found on the floor of a restroom after she apparently overdosed on heroin. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
Woman missing: Tess Morris, 31, of 749½ Ewing St., was reported missing to Washington police Thursday by her mother. She was supposed to go to a friend’s house but never arrived. She is white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a tattoo on her wrist.
Vehicle damaged: Russell Boyda of 154 N. College St. told police Thursday his vehicle was dented while parked at 378 W. Chestnut St.
Window broken: Toni Miller of 225 Hays Ave. told police Thursday the rear window of her vehicle was broken.
