Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Toni L. Ducloi, 45, 212 Shady Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Karena V. Bell, 26, 14 Acheson Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft; charged June 26, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
Dino G. Paul, 56, 615 W. Main St., Monongahela; distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication device; charged June 29, 2015; sentence – 10 1/2 to 21 months in jail.
Flint G. Clapper, 64, 424 E. Wheeling St., Washington; operating a vehicle with forged or altered inspection sticker, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without required registration; charged Feb. 19; sentence – six months of probation and a $325 fine.
Kristin Mikita, 40, 110 Knox Ave., Monessen; retail theft; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 23 months of probation, retail theft classes and no contact with Sears.
Denise R. Robison, 43, 30 McAdam Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance; charged March 8, 2015; sentence – 30 days in jail, 12 months of probation, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Gary Coleman Jr., 23, 108 W. Wylie Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 30; sentence – three to 12 months in jail.
Eric M. Wytovich, 36, 180 Walnut Road, Claysville; false statements; charged June 2, 2015; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program and nine months on electric home monitoring.
Rebecca S. Woy, 34, 783 E. Main St., Monongahela; harassment and disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 18; sentence – $600 fine.
Justin L. Shrader, 30, 124 Charles St., Washington; simple assault; charged June 11, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation.
Nathaniel R. Freedman, 33, 68 W. Lincoln Ave., Waynesburg; criminal mischief and theft; charged Dec. 7; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Chance M. Sumney, 28, 473 McKee Road, Washington; two counts of recklessly endangering another person; charged Aug. 16, 2014; sentence – 16 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.

Matthew Filicky, 37, 421 Hopwood Fairchance Road, Uniontown; theft by deception; charged Aug. 10; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with Advanced Auto.
Jeffrey Zabroski, 48, 402 Cedar Drive, Elizabeth; simple assault, criminal trespass and terroristic threats; charged Aug. 15; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, anger management classes and no contact with victim.
Scott A. Meighen, 38, 1880 Jefferson Ave., Washington; theft; charged Nov. 11; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and 50 hours of community service.
Priscilla Cottrill, 37, 87 Murray Ave., Washington; food stamp fraud; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Michelle M. Merashoff, 45, 188 Waynesburg Road, Washington; driving under the influence, theft and criminal mischief; charged May 11, 2015; sentence – three days to six months in jail, seven years of probation, $1,000 fine, 12 months’ driver’s license suspension and restitution.
Bryan K. Blatz, 42, 1554 Second St., New Brighton; simple possession; charged Nov. 18; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months of electronic home monitoring.
Rebecca J. Kloster, 28, 118 Jeane St., Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 1, 2014; sentence – six to 23 months in jail.
Victor R. Brown, 29, of Duquesne; unlawful restraint and two counts of simple assault; charged Dec. 7; sentence – six to 18 months in jail, two years of probation, anger management classes, domestic violence classes and no contact with victim.
Syna D. McOster, 39, 902 Chartiers St., Washington; retail theft, flight to avoid apprehension, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 21; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 50 hours of community service, banned from Gabriel Brothers and retail theft classes.

Christopher D. Gindlesperger, 26, 1598 E. Beau St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 12; sentence – two days to six months in jail, $500 fine and 12 months’ driver’s license suspension.
Ashley Rager, 32, 329 South Ridge Road, Coal Center; driving under the influence of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 11; sentence – three days to six months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12 months’ driver’s license suspension.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
