Drug arrest: Amanda L. Kokay, 25, of 311 McGrits Road, Daisytown, is charged by borough police with drug possession over allegations she had a fentanyl patch when police pulled over her vehicle about 10:05 p.m. Friday at California Road and Highland Drive, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson sent Kokay to Washington County jail on $5,000 bond. The jail released her Monday after she posted her bond.

Theft alleged: Cody Guenther, 30, of 832 Dry Run Road in Carroll Township, is charged by township police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations he stole a lawn mower from a resident in the 3000 block of Dry Run Road about 8:30 a.m. May 24 and later exchanged it for money at a pawn shop, court records show. Guenther is free on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Warrant served: State police arrested Kevin M. Skirble, 41, of 142 A St., Clarksville, on a Bedford County warrant accusing him of cashing a forged check for $1,794 in June 2015 in Bedford in the name of McMillen Racing & Automotive Machine. Skirble was placed in Washington County jail on charges of forgery and theft on $5,000 bond set Sunday by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Drug arrest: Stephen Blasko, 48, of Youngstown, Ohio, is charged by township police with possessing 2.3 ounces of marijuana with intent to deliver, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he had the drug in five bags about 10 p.m. Saturday at First Niagara Pavilion. He is free on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Assault alleged: Gary M. Steinman, 54, of 20 Beverly Ave., Burgettstown, is charged by township police with simple assault over accusations he struck and kicked his brother, George Steinman, about 11:30 p.m. Friday in Gary Steinman’s residence, court records show. He is free on $1,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Two charged: Christian M. Ross, 43, and Holly A. Swayngim, 39, both of 109 Orchard St., McDonald, were arrested early Saturday by McDonald police on charges of simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting each other during a confrontation at their home. They were arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson and released from Washington County jail after posting $5,000 bonds.

Mischief reported: Alea Rollinitis of 124 Ada St. told McDonald police vandals tossed a bottle at the rear window of her vehicle, breaking the window. She discovered the damage Saturday afternoon.

Jailed in alleged assault: Ryan M. Casaday, 25, of 100 Sheriff’s Court, McMurray, is charged by township police with simple assault and harassment over accusations he struck his mother, Debbie Casaday, several times in the left arm about noon Friday in his residence, court records show. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Assault charges: Joseph C. Cody, 44, of 100 Roberts Ave., Burgettstown, is charged by township police with simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment over allegations he struck his girlfriend, Dorine Dibacco, in the chest and threatened to kill her about 2:50 p.m. Sunday. Cody was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Trespass, mischief arrest: Darren Partozoti, 38, of 938 Manifold Road, South Strabane Township, was arrested Friday afternoon by Washington police on charges of criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He is accused of pushing in a screen to enter the home of Michelle Smith, 118 Jollick Manor. He allegedly told police that he wanted to retrieve his cellphone. Police said they also found him with suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. He was arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson and released from Washington County jail after posting $10,000 bond.

Woman robbed: Stephanie Victor, 24, of Washington, told police she was robbed by an acquaintance Friday in the 100 block of North Franklin Street. She said she was walking when he came up from behind and pulled her dress. She said she removed five $20 bills from her bra, threw them on the ground and fled. Her acquaintance denied it happened. Police are going to review security cameras in the area before filing charges.

Tattoo equipment stolen: Rikki Miller of 300 Donnan Ave. told Washington police Friday a watch and tattoo equipment were stolen from her apartment.

Man stabbed: Washington police were called Friday to the Washington Hospital emergency room for a report of a man who was stabbed. Robert Anderson, 25, of Washington, was stabbed once in the buttocks. He told police it happened near Lincoln Terrace, but he refused to cooperate with officers.

Two face charges: Christopher Davin, 34, of 1033 Mayfair Drive, Canonsburg, and Kailey Crouse, 23, of 11 Columbus Drive, Monessen, face charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after police say they were found passed out inside a running vehicle on the road near Kiwanis Pavilion, Washington, late Friday night. The vehicle was still in gear. Police said they found empty stamp bags and a needle.

Burglary arrest: Casey A. Helmick, 24, of 3136 W. Chestnut St., Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on charges of burglary and criminal mischief after he allegedly broke into a home at 385 Jefferson Ave., and damaged a television and furniture. A shoe imprint was found on the television screen. Police said they later found Helmick, wearing only one shoe, and the tread matched that on the television. A second shoe was found in the yard. Helmick allegedly told police he lost it running when they arrived. Helmick was arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson and released from Washington County jail after posting $5,000 bond.

Items stolen: Jeff Lizak of 456 Second St. told Washington police hedge trimmers and a weed trimmer were stolen from his porch Saturday.

Harassment charges: Hirunda Wallace, 38, and Rhonda Morris, 48, both of 95 Sumner Ave., were charged Sunday with harassment by Washington police after a physical confrontation at their home.

Window broken: Nick Dubina of 36 E. Prospect St. told Washington police Sunday the windshield of his vehicle was broken by a shot fired from a pellet gun.
