Vehicle accident: A traffic citation was issued to Marylou Blacka, 56, of Charleroi, for a two-vehicle crash Tuesday on Interstate 70 westbound at Exit 35. According to Belle Vernon state police, Blacka’s vehicle struck the rear tire of a trailer hauled by Daniel Filippini, 43, of West Jefferson, Ohio, when Blacka attempted to enter the right lane from a stop sign in a construction zone. No injuries were reported.

Disturbance citation: Michael Krcelich, 63, of Millsboro, was cited for causing a disturbance Thursday when he was served eviction papers on Rush Run Road, Fayette County.
