Disorderly conduct: Molly Pearl Varner, 23, of 2108 Jefferson Ave., Washington, was charged by state police with disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of a controlled substance following an incident that happened about 5:45 p.m. Saturday in Franklin Township. Varner was allegedly driving on Jennings Avenue at Third Street when her vehicle became stuck on an embankment near a playground area, police said. Police said Varner allegedly fell to the ground several times while questioned by troopers, was slurring her speech and told them she was on Suboxone. Varner was taken to WHS-Greene hospital, but troopers were called back to the medical facility because Varner allegedly caused a scene, disturbing other patients in the emergency room, destroying items and attempting to run away, police said.
