Saturation detail: Two fugitives were arrested, one felony arrest warrant was served, one probation violator was arrested, three traffic citations were issued and two traffic warnings were issued during a warrant detail Monday coordinated by police officers from state police, Cumberland and Morris townships and the county probation’s office.

Harassment charge: Cecil N. Ritenour, 50, of Nemacolin, was charged with harassment after he allegedly choked another man at 3:37 p.m. Saturday at the Circle K store in Carmichaels, state police said. The victim was not named by police.

Harassment charge: Bryan Dale Presock, 36, of Dilliner, and an unnamed female were charged with harassment after they allegedly became involved in a fight at 5:29 a.m. Saturday at a home on Main Street in Dilliner, state police said.

Electronics stolen: State police said a video gaming system and 70-inch flat screen television were stolen July 16 from a residence in the 100 block of Larimer Avenue in Dunkard Township.

Hit-and-run crash: State police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred about 4 p.m. Wednesday on Sugar Run Road near Route 19/21 in Franklin Township. Police said a vehicle struck the side of a pickup truck, but the driver left the scene without exchanging information. The other driver, who police did not identify, was uninjured in the crash.

Chain saw theft: A Husqvarna chain saw was stolen from the bed of a truck at Walmart about 1:30 p.m. July 13, state police said.

One injured in crash: A driver was injured in a single-car crash at 11:20 p.m. July 12 on Rolling Meadows Road in Franklin Township. State police said Kristin N. Ross, 22, of Nemacolin, swerved to avoid hitting a raccoon. Her car hit an embankment and rolled onto its roof. Police said they believe Ross suffered only minor injuries.

Car wash damaged: The computer on an automatic car wash machine at Scott’s Car Care was damaged in the early hours of July 9, state police said.

Single-vehicle crash: No injuries were reported in a single-vehicle crash at 12:20 p.m. July 12 on Main Street in Mt. Morris. State police said a vehicle driven by Raina M. Sines, 27, of Morgantown, W.Va., ran off the road and hit a utility pole.

Theft charges: Melanie McClarren, 33, of 80 Jefferson Estates, Waynesburg, was charged with two counts of theft for allegedly using a card belonging to a Mt. Morris man, whom she used to reside with, to pay for her phone bill and other items without his permission, state police said. The bill totaled $846.80, police said.

Guns stolen: Eight antique firearms were stolen from a home in the 100 block of Main Street in Rices Landing between April 29 and July 17, state police said.
