The following people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas were:

Anthony J. Shadeck, 28, 88 Country Club Road, Washington; simple assault and harassment; charged Nov. 17; sentence – 30 days in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and a $100 fine.

Christopher B. Gorby, 29, 1337 Route 980, Canonsburg; unsworn falsification; charged July 18, 2015; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Jamar A. Comedy, 27, 40 Shannon Ave., New Castle; two counts of simple possession; charged July 6, 2014; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail and three years of probation.

Shawn Bedillion, 42, 346 Locust Ave., Washington; simple possession and driving without a license; charged Nov. 15, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation and a $200 fine.

Trisha Thorpe, 30, 116 Pennsylvania Ave., Belle Vernon; simple possession and forgery; charged Sept. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Arthur C. Long, 21, 1714 Butler St., McKeesport; possession with intent to deliver heroin; charged May 1, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and nine months on electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge Valarie S. Constanzo were:

Benjamin E. Peterson, 25, 130 Golfview Drive, McMurray; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 15; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Mary B. Pucci, 54, 109 Ruth Way, McDonald; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Lamont D. Powell, 24, 705 Seventh St., Charleroi; driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license; charged Dec. 15, 2014; 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Tammy Morgan, 33, 312 Waterdam Road, Waynesburg; driving without a license; charged March 6, 2015; sentence – $200 fine.

Jobeth M. Lytton, 21, 339 Sawhill Road, Claysville; minor operating a vehicle under the influence; charged July 25, 2015; sentence – $100 fine.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:

Brian J. Leek, 30, 177 Boone Ave., Strabane; simple assault; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with victim and domestic violence counseling.

Brian J. Leek, 30, 177 Boone Ave., Strabane; driving under the influence; charged May 5, 2015; sentence – five months of probation, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock and 100 hours of community service.

Justin B. Potts, 29, 3560 Route 40, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 17; sentence – six months of probation, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
