Man punched: Robert B. Hice, 43, of 855 Day Road, West Finley, was cited for harassment after state police said he punched a man May 24 on Bevans Road in Richhill Township.
Trespassing: Christopher Lee Barlow, 39, of 291 E. High St., Waynesburg, was charged Tuesday by Waynesburg police with criminal trespass for an incident that happened earlier this month at the Family Dollar store on High Street in the borough. Police said Barlow had been told by a store manager that he was no longer allowed on the property or in the store, but he walked into the store around 9:20 p.m. May 14, and the same manager called police to report him. Barlow told police he went back to the store because he “didn’t think she would remember me,” according to court documents.
