James J. Czegan, 48, 29 Willow St., Fredericktown; terroristic threats; charged Aug. 19, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation.
Devin J. Gordon, 20, 893 Rocky Run Road, West Finley; burglary; charged Aug. 30; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.
Jalisa C. Curtis, 22, Columbus, Ohio; forgery and theft by deception; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 7 years of probation, restitution and banned from Kmart and Dollar Tree.
Jay R. Brown, 47, 215 Key Ave., Washington; two counts of simple assault; charged May 28; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 3 months of electronic home monitoring, anger management and domestic violence class.
Jessica Spring Nickle, 37, 502 Seventh St., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Alexander J. Pritchard, 19, 665 Thompson Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Josh D. Powell, 27, 153 Washington St., Cokeburg; criminal trespass and resisting arrest; charged Aug. 5; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and 12 months of probation.

Charles E. Poland, 51, 126 Alamont St., Washington; first offense of DUI; charged March 27, 2015; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Todd N. Heeter, 44, 502 Hickory Circle, Canonsburg; second offense of DUI; charged Aug. 12; sentence – 5 years of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12-month interlock ignition device and 18-month license suspension.
Michael G. Tyskewicz, 50, 120 Sharon Road, Washington; second offense of DUI; charged Feb. 28, 2015; sentence – 5 years of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.
Mason D. Smith, 25, 515 W. Chestnut St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and first and second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 13, 2014, and Feb. 8, 2015; sentence – 4 ½ years of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 10 days on SCRAM device and first 9 months of electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $2,500 fine and 30-month license suspension.
Joseph M. Daugherty, 28, 3126 Millers Run Road, Cecil; first offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged July 3; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $700 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Scisciani Jr., 31, 101 Dickman St., Carnegie; making repairs or selling offensive weapons, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and first offense of DUI; charged March 15, 2015; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 2 months of electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,200 fine and 12-month license suspension.
