Three people face charges stemming from an incident Wednesday afternoon in Washington’s Maple Terrace housing complex.

Washington police initially were called about 3:30 p.m. to the 1100 block of Maple Terrace for a report of a large fight involving guns. While en route, police learned from a 911 dispatcher that the three reportedly involved in the incident fled in a dark blue or black Jeep.

Nicole Ellis told police that the three were fighting with her family and had threatened to shoot up their home.

Police viewed surveillance video to determine what happened during the altercation. Police reported Wednesday night on the department’s Facebook page that no guns were involved in the incident, which was still under investigation.

Police plan to charge a 24-year-old Washington woman with simple assault and harassment and a 45-year-old Pittsburgh man with terroristic threats. A 30-year-old Maple Terrace resident will be charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
