Simple assault charge: Gregory Grim, Jr., 28, of 27 Route 88 Mobile Home Park, Carmichaels, was charged by Cumberland Township police with two counts of simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident Thursday night. Police said Grim allegedly punched a 24-year-old Carmichaels woman in the face, bloodying her lip, before climbing on top of her and wrapping his hands around her throat at his residence about 9:15 p.m., according to the criminal complaint.
