Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Mark A. Glinka, 55, 609 McMechen Road, Benwood, W.Va.; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
David A. Valentine, 37, of Charleroi; theft by unlawful taking; charged Jan. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management classes and restitution.
Ashley N. Myers, 27, 144 Sunrise Drive, Abbottstown; possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Casey E. Ohare, 42, 13 Valley Lane, Burgettstown; retail theft; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Lowe’s.
Justin C. Barfield, 33, 147 Brookside Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and simple assault; charged Nov. 18, 2014; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock and anger management classes.
Leon McClain, 26, 184 Laurie Lane, Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jeremy M. Lee, 29, 1004 Old Washington Road, McMurray; possession of a weapon without a license and simple assault; charged Aug. 11; sentence – 3 to 6 years in jail, six to 23 months of probation and no contact with victims.
Daniel M. Whipkey Jr., 42, 136 Blaine St., Washington; retail theft; charged May 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
Kriestel A. Grennell, 31, 196 McClure Ave., Burgettstown; possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 26; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
Brooke N. Bly, 20, 805 Sherman St., Monongahela; disorderly conduct; charged April 1; sentence – $300 fine.
Eric J. Depalma, 32, 1495 E. Beau St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Jason M. Delbianco, 32, 7013 Barringer Court, Moon Township; retail theft and driving without a license; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, $200 fine and no contact with Sam’s Club.
Lee A. Lustic, 59, 188 Barnett St., Washington; retail theft; charged March 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and no contact with Kohl’s.
Cheryl L. White, 49, 449 Mankey Road, Washington; simple assault; charged March 19; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, anger management classes and no contact with victim.
Melissa Clipp, 29, of Finleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest; charged May 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.
James R. Kester, 36, 4212 McKee Place, Pittsburgh; theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 18 months of probation, 75 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
Dennis O. Bush, 38, 37 Woodside Drive, McDonald; recklessly endangering another person; charged May 26, 2014; sentence – 1 month to 23 months in jail, no contact with victim and restitution.
Victoria T. Peel, 22, 211 Annuity Drive, Washington; simple possession; charged Aug. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William L. Watt, 45, of Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.
Yvonne M. Cerminara, 56, 159 Gateshead Drive, McMurray; retail theft; charged May 7; sentence – 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Giant Eagle.
Lane Collar, 19, 119 Lenore Way, McMurray; possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small mount of marijuana; charged April 11; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Travis L. Moore Jr., 25, 24 Ashwood Ave., Dayton, Ohio; retail theft and reckless driving; charged March 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and no contact with H&M.
Todd Cochran, 52, 14 Phillips Drive, Coal Center; tampering with evidence and simple possession; charged Nov. 4; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six month of electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.
