Three injured in two-car crash in Jefferson
A head-on crash Thursday night involving two vehicles on Route 188 in Jefferson sent at least one person to the hospital and injured two others, a Greene County emergency dispatch supervisor said.
The supervisor said one person was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., for treatment.
The crash, just east of Jefferson, was reported at 7:45 p.m. Emergency crews closed a portion of Route 188 while state police investigated the crash.
The state police trooper investigating could not be reached for comment Friday to release the identities of the people involved in the crash or the extent of their injuries.
