Waynesburg Lions select students of the month
WAYNESBURG – Waynesburg Central High School seniors Noah Rudash and Lindsee Zimmer were selected by the high school faculty as the Waynesburg Lions Club’s students of the month for May.
Rudash, a son of Mike and Becky Rudash, has a 3.25 grade-point average.
He is a member of the yearbook staff, Spanish club and stage crew and participates in track. Rudash attends Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle.
He is interested in photography and served an internship with McMillen Photography. He also participates in physical training and plans to become a photographer with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Zimmer, a daughter of Andrew and Julee Zimmer, has a 3.9 grade-point average.
She is a member of the National Honor Society, varsity club, library club, yearbook staff, Penn Serve, young voters club, SADD and Spanish club.
Zimmer participates in track and cross country and is a member of the WV Flyers Indoor Track Club. She is a four-year letterman in both track and cross country and a three-time most valuable player in track.
Zimmer is a member of a Oak View United Methodist Church mission team. She plans to attend Slippery Rock University and major in exercise science.
