A Morgan Township man accused of producing child pornography with a young girl was ordered to stand trial on all charges Thursday.

Eric J. Stull, 48, of Teagarden Homes, was arrested by state police last Friday and charged with manufacturing the child pornography and sharing videos through a file-sharing network.

District Judge Lee Watson held Stull for court on two counts each of filming a child engaged in a sex act, disseminating child sex acts, child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility and disseminating explicit material.

State police investigators said they found him sharing files on a network in 2015, prompting them to obtain a warrant to search his Teagarden Homes residence just before his arrest. Police said they found a video of a girl under the age of 10 being molested.

Stull’s public defense attorney, Patrick Fitch, said Friday he could not discuss the case.

Stull remains at the Greene County jail on $500,000 bond.
