Prosperity man charged
A Prosperity man was charged Thursday by state police with two counts each of indecent assault and corruption of minors after he allegedly had inappropriate contact with a girl about 20 years ago at a home in South Franklin Township.
Denis A. Dille, 52, of 450 Dille Run Road, is accused of the committing the inappropriate contact between August 1992 and August 1997.
The alleged victim, who is now an adult, told state police the incidents started when she was about 13 years old and continued until she was 17. Dille reportedly purchased cigarettes for her. He allegedly touched her and forced her to touch him. He also allegedly made her watch a pornographic movie.
The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward. A preliminary hearing is set for July 19 before Ward.
