Police beat May 10
Drug paraphernalia charge: Shyan Michael Strosnider, 22, of 358 N. Moreland St., Bobtown, was charged Friday by state police with three counts of prohibited acts for drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of an automobile for an incident that happened Friday morning. Strosnider allegedly took his father’s car without permission and drove it to his girlfriend’s house in Greensboro, according to court documents. When police found him, they also found three hypodermic needles in his pocket, which Strosnider admitted to using to inject prescription medicine, police said.
Criminal trespass charge: Richard Allen Menear, 64, of 78 Dalzell Ave., Bobtown, was charged May 1 with criminal trespass for allegedly hunting the previous day on the victim’s family property, on Smith Creek Road in Franklin Township, after being told he was not permitted to hunt there, state police said.
Harassment charge: Kevin Allen Temple, 48, of 312 Tollgate Run, Waynesburg, was charged May 2 with harassment for allegedly punching a 57-year-old man, who lives at the same address, in the face the previous day, state police said.
Harassment charge: Cody Ray Hanninig, 21, of 71 Buckeye Road, Claysville, was charged May 1 with harassment for allegedly shoving a 19-year-old Waynesburg woman to the floor of her Jefferson Estates home in Morgan Township, state police said.
