Joshua A. Oravetz, 25, 214 Brook St., McDonald; burglary; charged Aug. 8; sentence – two to 18 months in jail, no contact with Midway Mini Mart and restitution.
Brandon L. Angelo, 23, 117 Hall Ave., Washington; simple assault and flight to avoid apprehension; charged Jan. 31; sentence – 24 months of probation and anger management classes.
David M. Smith Jr., 36, 450 Third St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged May 14, 2014; sentence – six to 12 months in jail to be served on electric home monitoring.
Chris Norris, 30, 629 Nixon Ridge Lane, Moundsville, W.Va., disorderly conduct; charged April 5; sentence – $300 fine and restitution.
Thomas J. McIntosh Jr., 30, 362 Houston St., Washington; simple assault and terroristic threats; charged Oct. 3; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Colin R. Greene, 21, 205 Rice Drive, Latrobe; simple assault; charged Oct. 2; sentence – 23 months of probation and restitution.
Jon M. Duche, of Johnstown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 13, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Darron W. Main Jr., 30, 360 Bunola River Road, Bunola; altered or forged documents, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection; charged Dec. 5, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and $55 fine.
Ashlee M. Kniha, 29, 428 4th St., Waynesburg; false identification to law enforcement and driving without a license; charged March 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and a one-year driver’s license suspension.
Melissa L. Linton, 39, 123 Hunting Creek Road, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 24; sentence – 90 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months of restrictive treatment program, $2,500 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Carl D. Rockey, 67, 2278 Cornelia St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 21; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Lisa A. Kearns, 48, 140 Station St., McDonald; driving with a controlled substance; charged June 17; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring $1,000 fine, restitution and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Clayton R. Warmus, 24, 55 Beagle Club Road, Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged June 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $700 fine and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Martin M. Vazquez, 50, 432 East Chestnut St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged July 4; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $200 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Stephen P. Miller, 40, 198 Caldwell Ave., Washington; driving without a license and driving under the influence; charged Aug. 16, 2014; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Caleb F. Wade, 23, 554 Mountain View Drive, Hamburg; driving under the influence; charged July 2; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.

Jeffrey R. Tucker, 34, 186 Cranbrooke Drive, Coraopolis; driving under the influence, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 29; sentence – 72 hours to six months in jail, three years of probation and $1,000 fine.
Stacy M. Schnore, 29, 643 Allison Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 3; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Rick D. Andrews, 56, 759 Barr Run Road, Marianna; driving under the influence; charged June 13; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Marcie L. Moore, 42, 17 Sunset Drive, Clinton; driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of children; charged June 8; sentence – 30 days to six months in jail, three years of probation, $1,000 fine, parenting classes and 100 hours of community service.
Ronald L. McFall, 38, 440 McCarrol Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged June 29; sentence – 72 hours to six months in jail, $1,200 of fine and 12 months driver’s license suspension.

Markie M. Smith, 28, 1157 Long Run Road, Bethany, W.Va.; possession of a controlled substance and retail theft; charged March 3, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and a $300 fine.
