Trumka meets with honors students

Trumka addressed students at the West Greene Academic Honors Banquet last night at Waynesburg University Benedum Hall.”Activism is in your DNA” he reminded them. Inequalities in the workplace and in life can be tackled by collective bargaining and a willingness to organize. “We’re strong together. Now it’s your turn to do the same.” Trumka announced that he donated $1,000 for a scholarship to a worthy student.
