Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Rose Conklin, 36, 122 Church St., Washington; access device fraud; charged Dec. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Vance T. Brown, 26, 2919 Jersey St., McKeesport; retail theft and conspiracy; charged July 15; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, restitution and no contact with Kmart.
Jordan R. Webb, 21, 117 Park Ave., Bentleyville; simple assault and harassment; charged Oct. 26, 2014; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, four months on electronic home monitoring and restitution.
Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas were:
Doris J. Arnold, 32, 1750 Blosser Lane, Follansbee, W.Va.; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Bryan Stotka, 35, 15 16th St., Vestaburg; attempted arson, risking catastrophe and reckless endangerment; charged May 18; sentence – 18 to 36 months in jail, two years of probation and 300 hours of community service.
Randi L. Weaver, 31, 732 Thompson Ave., Donora; retail theft; charged April 17, 2015; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Dollar General.
John R. Spears, 41, of Weirton, W.Va.; theft and conspiracy; charged March 11, 2014; sentence – two years of probation.
Michael D. Crotti, 29, 12 Court St., Uniontown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 18, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Kyle R. Brown, 22, 831 Country Club Road, Washington; theft by deception; charged Dec. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Joseph M. Hampson, 38, 513 Nine Eighty Road, McDonald; bad checks; charged Aug. 26, 2014; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, no contact with Northwest Savings Bank and restitution.
Victor A. Benton, 27, 65 Hallam Ave., Meadow Lands; harassment, criminal mischief and careless driving; charged May 19; sentence – $225 fine, restitution and and 25 hours of community service.
Mario J. Pellegrini, 23, 220 DiCio St., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Wei Xing, of Beeijing, China; prostitution and related offenses; charged Jan. 8; sentence – 30 to 90 days in jail.
Ian R. Linkhauer, 30, 106 Grayvine Lane, Butler; theft; charged July 22; sentence – 12 months of probation, 100 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle was:
Barry L. Clouston, 58, 484 Cross Creek Road, Avella; ethnic intimidation, terroristic threats, harassment and bad checks; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 23 months of probation, 200 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.
