Air conditioner stolen: An air-conditining unit was reported stolen Sunday from 100 High St., Brownsville, Fayette County, state police said. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-929-6262.

Posts damaged: Two posts were discovered broken last week on the gazebo at Burgettstown Community Park, McDonald police said.

Money stolen: John Maroni of 11 Charles St., Burgettstown, told McDonald police Thursday money was stolen from a money clip that was on top of his wallet in his home. Nothing was stolen from the wallet.

Warrant arrest: Timothy Gamble, 20, of Canonsburg, was taken into custody over the weekend on a Washington County probation bench warrant, Canonsburg police said.

Theft probe: State police in Washington said Abdul Samad Hattab Mushatat was at the Foodland grocery store on Chestnut Street between 9 a.m. and noon Friday when he noticed his registration plate was no longer on his vehicle. Police said the plate may have been improperly secured and are asking anyone with information to contact them.

Woman wanted: Autumn Harvison, 20, of 285 Grandview Way, Charleroi, was turned over to Bethel Park police early Sunday after it was learned she was wanted by that department, Charleroi Regional police said. Police were called to 940 Fallowfield Ave. for a report of an intoxicated woman and found her. Charleroi police will charge her with public drunkenness and underage drinking.

Burglary reported: State police in Washington said two televisions, an X-box One, two controllers, six games, a sound system, DirecTV box and pair tennis shoes were reported stolen last week from a home at 27 S. Main St., Ellsworth. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-223-5200.

Items stolen, recovered: Rebecca Henderson and Amanda Ruschell of 283 Fox Road, Hopewell, told state police Friday jeans, a camouflage sweatshirt and three boxes of Legos were stolen from their home. The items were later recovered. Anyone with information is asked to call 724-223-5200.

Disorderly conduct: Terry Griffith, 81, of 415 W. Pike St., Houston, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident about 9 p.m. Friday, according to state police in Washington. They said Griffith was enraged that a portion of West Pike Street was closed because of downed power lines and a tree blocking the road. Police said he exited his vehicle and started to move traffic cones. When a trooper approached, Griffith allegedly yelled at the trooper and threw a cone off the road.

Assault arrest: Evan Michael Abel, 23, of 374 Hancock St., North Franklin, was arrested Saturday afternoon on a charge of simple assault after he allegedly punched Jasmine Abel in the face during an incident at their home. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and released with orders not to have any have any criminal contact with the victim.

Vehicle stolen: Joseph E. Bruce told North Strabane police Friday a trailer owned by TST Transport of Canonsbrug was stolen from a lot at Route 19 and Mansfield Road.

One injured: Evan Carroll, 23, of Bethel Park was taken to St. Clair Hospital Friday after a motorcycle he was driving in the 300 block of East McMurray Road collided with the back of a vehicle driven by Robert Gilmore, 67, of Monongahela, who was stopped in traffic, police said.

Tools stolen: A toolbox containing a saw and other tools was reported stolen Saturday from an unsecured house under construction in the 100 block of Wellington Circle, McMurray, police said.

Burglary arrest: Douglas Edward Rowan, 40, of Wellsburg, W.Va., was arrested Saturday by McDonald police on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and theft after he allegedly broke into the home of his ex-wife, Kimberly Rowan, of 520 North St., Robinson, on May 2. He allegedly stole a 32-inch television and Nintendo Wii. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Mother, daughter charged: Janene Allison Pastor, 42, of 1416 Jones St., Rostraver, and her daughter, Shakia Janae Moore, 23, of 118 Mathews Road, Rostraver Apartments, were charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic dispute at Moore’s home Friday morning, Rostraver police said. The charges were filed at the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonzo.

Assault arrest: Shawn Michael Mullaney, 54, of 21 Second Ave., Atlasburg, was arrested early Sunday by Smith police on charges of simple assault, haarassment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly assaulted his wife, Elizabeth Mullaney. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and released with the condition he not go to the home or workplace of alleged victim.

Assault charges: Joseph Michael Stetz, 36, of 843 Broad St. Rear, was arrested Sunday morning by Washington police on a charge of simple assault. He is accused of hitting his wife, Kristie Stetz, in the head with an ashtray. She was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. He showed police video to support his claim she also hit him. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond. She also will be charged with simple assault with the charge being sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Flight, escape charges: Justin Barfield, 33, of 147 Brookside Ave., Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on charges of escape and flight to avoid apprehension stemming from a Jan. 18 incident at May Avenue and Fayette Street. Barfield reportedly fled from police when they tried to take him into custody on a probation violation. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Indecent exposure charge: Gary Heller, 56, of Washington, was arrested Saturday night by Washington police on charges of indecent exposure, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident at the Canon Coin Laundry, 820 W. Chestnut St. He was reportedly in the business with an open can of beer and allegedly exposed himself to a woman. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.

Threats arrest: Jolene Michelle Anderson, 22, of 99 Dewey Ave., was arrested Saturday afternoon by Washington police after she allegedly threatened to burn down her neighbor’s home. She was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller on a charge of terrroristic threats and released with orders not to contact the alleged victim.

DUI alleged in crash: Noah Walters, 20, of 248 N. Franklin St., Washington, faces charges including driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from an incident Sunday. Police were called to an alley behind his home and found his vehicle stuck on a large rock. Police said it was later determined he also hit a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Donnan Avenue. Police said his blood-alcohol content was more than seven times the legal limit.

Man robbed: Robert Hayes of 625½ Broad St. told Washington police Saturday two men, including one brandishing a gun, entered his house and stole his wallet, which contained $10.

Trespass charge: Theodore Frye, 59, of 605 Lagonda Road, Washington, was charged by Washington police with criminal trespass after they said he was again found in a van parked at 365 Jefferson Ave. This is at least the third time officers have found him in a vehicle without the owner’s permission.

Tickets stolen: Kristy Clutter of 926 Fayette St. told Washington police Friday lottery tickets and change were stolen from her parked vehicle.
