Theft: Bambi S. Peters, 35, of 66 Second St., Crucible, was charged by Cumberland Township police Monday with accessing a device without authorization, receiving stolen property and theft, for allegedly using her mother’s bank card without permission to withdraw $500 from her mother’s account April 11, according to court documents.

Police chase: Joshua Scott Faulk, 23, of 1846 Morey Road, Fredericktown, was charged Monday by state police with fleeing a police officer, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and 29 traffic violations. According to court documents, police tried to pull Faulk over for a headlight violation, when he kept driving, ignoring stop signs and traffic lane rules. Police said they pursued Faulk for more than a mile through Clarksville, even going through woods and a field, before he got out of the pickup truck and ran away. Police said they used pepper spray on Faulk during the arrest and found several hypodermic needles in his pocket.

Public fight: James Anthony Amonette, 23, of 53 S. Morris St., Waynesburg, and April R. Hodgson, 21, of 54 N. Morris St., were each charged Monday by Waynesburg police with disorderly conduct and harassment for fighting on the sidewalk on South Morris Street Sunday. According to court documents, Hodgson and Amonette were yelling profanity and striking each other.
