Traffic is backed up on Route 19 after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of McClelland Road in North Strabane Township at about 3:45 p.m. today. Police and emergency crews are at the scene. Two people were reportedly injured, with one person taken from the scene by medical helicopter. The northbound lanes of Route 19 are closed to traffic.
