Criminal Mischief: Nathan Ryan Phillips, a 22-year-old inmate at Greene County jail, was charged Monday by state police with criminal mischief after he allegedly kicked and broke a toilet in the H block of the jail May 21.

Resisting arrest: Justin Gamble, 29, of 148 Chestnut St., Brave, was charged Thursday by Greene County sheriff’s deputies with obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after allegedly attempting to run from officers Thursday afternoon. Deputies said they were at Gamble’s residence to serve a warrant for Daniel Gamble, 30, but when they arrived, they saw Justin Gamble run through the house and out the back door, according to the criminal complaint. Deputies said Justin told them he ran because he was on probation and had not paid his fines.
