There will be overnight lane restrictions on the Liberty Bridge and in the Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh through Friday, weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions will occur overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night so crews can pressure-wash barriers, apply sealer, and mill and pave a section of the bridge deck. Long-term restrictions on the bridge are complete this year, but daylight and overnight restrictions will occur for the remainder of 2016 and into 2017.

The sidewalk on the bridge will remain closed. All pedestrian traffic will be detoured.
