Harassment charge: Earl Swank Jr., 33, of Bentleyville, was charged by state police with harassment for allegedly pushing an 18-year-old Dawson woman against a wall at 1:40 p.m. Monday at an apartment at 902 Old West Road.

Drunk and disorderly charges: Keith Jordan Coles, 25, and Treton Levonn Coles, 24, both of Clairton, were charged by California police with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after they allegedly fought about 11:30 p.m. Oct. 22 in the parking lot of California Manor, 243 Second St., California police said. Police said the two men damaged a railing at California Manor.

Drug possession charge: Stephen Anthon Terhorst, 21, of Acme, was charged by California police with possession of marijuana after he was stopped for a vehicle violation about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday on California Road.

Vandalism charges: Antipas Alexa Yarbrough, 25, of 429 Chartiers Ave., Canonsburg, was charged Wednesday by Chartiers police with institutional vandalism, resisting arrest, loitering and prowling at night, and disorderly conduct after he allegedly kicked and shattered the rear window of a police vehicle following his arrest at 4:43 a.m. Oct. 27 at 235 Washington Trail Road. Police said they responded to a call for a possible overdose, and when they arrived, Yarbrough told them he suspected someone put a drug in his drink while he was at a friend’s house. Police said they tried to get Yarbrough into an ambulance, but he resisted. Then they put him in the back of the police car to transport him to the hospital, but he allegedly started kicking the door, the criminal complaint said. After he allegedly kicked out the window, police pulled over and seven emergency personnel held Yarbrough down and strapped him to a stretcher, the complaint said. Yarbrough was taken by ambulance to Washington Hospital for evaluation.

Criminal mischief charge: Randall Lee Bell, 24, of 727 N. Main St., Houston, was charged by Chartiers police with criminal mischief and theft after he allegedly damaged a vehicle belonging to Billie Jo Labuts of Cecil Township Saturday. Police said Bell allegedly kicked the car, broke the windshield wipers, broke the driver’s side door panel and removed Labuts’ purse from the vehicle.

Theft: A wallet belonging to Lori Wheatley of Eighty Four was stolen from her purse during a dart league event Saturday afternoon at Arden Athletic Club, 25 Seik Road, Chartiers police said.

Warrant arrest: Christopher T. McKune, 46, of 64 W. Walnut St., Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon while he was walking on Lincoln Street in Bulger on an active bench warrant out of Washington County Adult Probation, Smith police said. He was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant.

Burglary: A resident of Erie Street reported to Washington police that someone kicked in the front door of his residence about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, while he was at work. Police said nothing inside the residence was missing.
